We are not a courier company. We are the compliance and coordination layer that sits above all courier types, ensuring every delivery is accountable from collection to confirmed receipt.
The gap we fill
When a time-critical pharmaceutical product leaves one clinical location and arrives at another, several things need to happen: the right product needs to be verified at collection, the courier needs to be vetted and assigned, the temperature needs to be monitored continuously, exceptions need to be flagged and escalated in real time, and the receiver needs to confirm receipt with a digital signature.
At the end of that journey, a GDP-compliant audit record needs to exist immutable, tamper-evident, and ready for regulatory inspection at any time.
Most organisations currently manage this over phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and paper logs. There is no shared system. There is no automatic audit trail. There is no chain of custody that would satisfy a CQC or NAFDAC inspection.

What the platform does
- Real-time delivery coordination across vans, riders, robots, and drones all managed under one compliance layer
- Product ID verification at the point of collection delivery cannot proceed until the correct product is confirmed
- Cold-chain temperature monitoring with automatic excursion detection and P1 escalation
- Exception management problems are flagged and escalated to the dispatcher automatically, without manual intervention
- Digital receiver confirmation with signature capture chain of custody closes at the bedside or pharmacy counter
- GDP-compliant audit document generated automatically at the end of every delivery

United Kingdom — NHS intra-trust logistics
Registered on the NHS Innovation Service (INN-2603-0028-1) and actively engaged with Health Innovation Network North East and North Cumbria. Working toward a structured NHS Trust pilot in Tees Valley.
Nigeria — E-pharmacy compliance
Operating through Thrive Pharmacy Ltd, our registered Nigerian pharmaceutical company, toward the first compliant pilot under the Electronic Pharmacy Regulations 2026 which now mandate digital delivery records across the Nigerian pharmaceutical supply chain.
Where we are now
MeDDelivr completed its first verified end-to-end delivery demonstration in May 2026, generating a live GDP compliance audit document. The platform is operational at Technology Readiness Level 4 and actively pursuing NHS and Nigeria pilot opportunities.
We have been awarded a UK Government-funded competitive stipend through the Tees Valley Labs Pre-Flight programme and are engaged with the NIHR Improvement and Development Grant pathway through our innovation partner THRIVE the UK’s number one ranked health innovation ecosystem.
